About Dana De León

Dana De León is an international intellectual property attorney with a primary focus on trademark law. She advises businesses and entrepreneurs on brand protection, trademark prosecution, and strategic intellectual property matters across jurisdictions.

Dana earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), with honors, from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Guadalajara, Mexico. During her studies, she was appointed leader of her class and received formal recognition for her outstanding dedication to community service through her social service work.

She later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, further strengthening her expertise in U.S. law. Dana also holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM) from the Centro Europeo de Postgrado (CEUPE), giving her a unique interdisciplinary perspective at the intersection of law, business, and organizational strategy.

Dana is a member of the Phi Delta Phi international legal honor society and is admitted to practice law in both Mexico and the Washington State, USA. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
