Burkley Rudd

Burkley M. Rudd is a lifelong native of Southeast Idaho and is thrilled to live and work close to home. Burkley graduated from Sugar-Salem High School in 2010, where he first gained skills important to practicing law on the school’s competitive speech and drama teams. He competed and placed in the state speech and drama tournaments all four years of high school, and qualified to compete in three national speech tournaments.

After high school he served a mission in St. Louis, Missouri, and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Writing from BYU-Idaho in 2016. Thereafter he received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2020.

Burkley began his legal career in a small firm specializing in real estate and construction law in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. There he gained experience assisting clients with easements, boundary disputes, HOA matters, water rights, constructions defects, real estate transactions, and contracts.

He then joined the Twin Falls County Prosecutor’s Office as a Civil Deputy Prosecutor, where he gained courtroom experience prosecuting child protection cases, mental commitments, and misdemeanors, as well as providing legal advice to county elected officials and county departments. He then served as Civil Deputy Prosecutor in Teton County before finally joining All West Law Group as an Associate Attorney in 2026.

Burkley enjoys helping his clients protect their assets and their rights from encroachment and is a strong advocate for exhausting every available strategic option to preserve client resources.

In his free time, Burkley loves doing anything and everything with his wife Megan and their four children; reading, gaming, camping, even staying in to watch a new movie. He also dabbles in writing fiction and hopes to be a published author someday.
