Aaron Powell - Attorney/Partner

Aaron was born in Pocatello and grew up in Moscow, Idaho, where he graduated from high school.  Following high school Aaron served his mission in Puerto Rico where he learned spanish. He attended Brigham Young University for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees and earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University. Aaron’s practice focuses on family law, including divorce and custody, as well as intellectual property law.

Aaron spent a few years as a foreign legal consultant for a private equity investment firm that specializes in natural resource companies. This is where he developed an interest in economic geology, minerals and gems.

As an attorney, Aaron is known for his empathy and compassion, believing that exceptional legal professionals are defined by their knowledge and ability to relate to clients on a personal level. He is motivated by helping his clients navigate through struggles and move forward with their lives.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is fluent in Spanish and can often be found camping, hiking, reading, watching movies, rockhounding, and serving in his community.
